Maximize performance in work life

We see coaching as a leadership tool and thus a method, where the focus person receives help to open up for his/her potential and thereby maximizes his/her performance in the work life.

As the theoretical framework for giving you training within coaching, we apply the GROW-model among others.

In combination with question-asking techniques, you thus receive training within applying the GROW-model as a leadership tool to guide your employees through its phases. These imply defining a concrete goal, exploring the current situation and the many possible ways to reach the goal and finally making the decision on, which actions to take in order to actually reach the goal.
