Some of the activities in your role

You will train ambitious professionals to become more successful in their behavior and communication. You will be the trainer of two kinds of training programs:

• Open enrollment programs
  Facilitate groups of individual participants who enroll for one of our 4 open enrollment training programs
• In-Company programs
  Run training programs we deliver for teams/companies; a wide variety of organizations in Denmark.

What we expect

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a trainer/ facilitator, preferably in the field of developing human behavior or leadership skills
• That you speak Danish fluently
• Having fun whilst working with you to pursue our international ambitions

• Re-certification every 2 years to keep developing yourself

• Proper day rates for the delivery of the programs
• Delivering training programs with up to 4 consecutive days
• No need to actively sell – of course you will want to do this after you experienced how much value you bring to the customers and how happy the participants are, but hej that’s up to you
